PositionLocation / UserArea, PositionLocation

PositionLocation.

Question: There are a couple of requests here.

1. Need a UserArea
2. PositionLocation should mirror WorkLocation and include a LocationID and LocationName.

This would aling PositionPosting with IndicativeData.
